2. Permitted use
You are welcome to:
- Stream, record, and share videos or screenshots of my games and apps on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and similar, including under monetized programs offered by those platforms.
- Write reviews, previews, or commentary using reasonable amounts of in-product footage or imagery.
- Share press-kit assets (where provided) in line with the terms accompanying them.
You may not, without written permission:
- Sell, license, or commercially redistribute my games, apps, code, or assets outside the contexts above.
- Modify my products and redistribute them, or distribute modified clients or cheat tools.
- Use my name, logos, or other trademarks in a way that suggests official endorsement or partnership.
- Train machine-learning models on my assets or code for commercial purposes.
3. Third-party assets and licenses
Some products may include third-party libraries, fonts, sound effects, or middleware used under license. Where required, attribution is provided in-product (credits or "Licenses" / "Open Source Notices" screen).
4. Copyright infringement notice (DMCA-style)
If you believe that content on this website or in one of my games or apps infringes your copyright, send a notice to the email address below that includes:
- Your full name and contact information.
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact location (URL, in-product screen, or other description) of the allegedly infringing material.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email. Counter-notices should include your contact information, identification of the removed content and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your signature.

"rudensama" and any product names, logos, and stylized marks associated with my work are trademarks of rudensama. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced are the property of their respective owners.
