These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at rudensama.github.io and the games, apps, and other software offered by rudensama ("I", "me", or "my") (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the legal age of majority in your country, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
2. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, I grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use my games and apps on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
This license does not transfer any ownership of the Services to you. All right, title, and interest in and to the Services remain with me and my licensors.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, rent, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Services, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by law.
- Use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, modified clients, or any unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage or interfere with normal operation.
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with security features, anti-cheat measures, or other technical limitations.
- Use the Services to harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or otherwise infringe the rights of others.
- Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Access may be suspended or terminated for users who violate these rules.
4. In-app purchases and virtual items
Some games or apps offer in-app purchases of virtual currency, items, content, or features ("Virtual Items"). All purchases are processed by the relevant platform (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to that platform's terms.
- Virtual Items are licensed to you for use within the relevant product; they are not your personal property and have no monetary value outside the product.
- Virtual Items cannot be redeemed for real-world currency or any other thing of value, and are non-transferable except as expressly permitted.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or by the policies of Apple or Google. Refund requests should be directed to the platform from which the purchase was made.
- I may, at my discretion, add, modify, remove, or expire Virtual Items at any time.
5. Advertising
Some products may include advertising provided by third-party ad networks. Some ads may be rewarded (offering in-product benefits for watching). I am not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or any products or services offered through them.
6. User content
If the Services allow you to submit content (profile names, messages, feedback), you remain the owner of that content. By submitting it, you grant me a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the necessary rights to submit it.
7. Intellectual property
The Services and all related content — code, graphics, audio, characters, names, logos, designs, and trademarks — are owned by rudensama or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you other than the limited license in Section 2.

8. Updates, changes, availability
I may, at any time and without prior notice: (a) update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services; (b) add or remove features; (c) suspend the Services for maintenance; or (d) require you to update to the latest version to continue using a product. I am not liable for any such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.
9. Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services (Apple App Store, Google Play, ad networks, analytics providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and I am not responsible for them.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
I do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, be free of bugs, viruses, or harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
My total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid me in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions my liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless rudensama from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
13. Termination
Access to the Services may be suspended or terminated at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to you under standard conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Services should first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting me; if that fails, they will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of the user's place of residence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
15. Apple-specific terms
If you download a product from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and rudensama, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the product or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government prohibited or restricted party list.
16. Google Play-specific terms
If you download a product from Google Play, your use of that product is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Google Play Terms, the Google Play Terms will control with respect to your use of Google Play.
17. Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, include additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
